Speak-Up Toastmasters Club (#7283-76) was organized in the City of Osaka, Japan as the first "Advanced Toastmasters Club in English " in Western Japan and the second one in Japan to develop future leaders for Toastmasters in District 76.
The Club was successfully chartered on October 2, 2002. It provides its members with opportunities to practice speeches based on the Advanced Communication & Leadership Program (link) of the Toastmasters International more effectively and instructively in a relaxed atmosphere.

Speak-up Toastmasters Club provides members with opportunities to practice the following subjects:

(Typical Meeting Format)
- 5 minute talk on a current topic by a Speaker
- Debate Session by two Debaters
- Prepared Advanced Speeches Session by Speakers
- Evaluation Session1. Evaluation by Evaluators for each prepared speech based on the Advanced Programs
2. Discussion for further improvements chaired by General Evaluator
3. General comments by General Evaluator
- Review for improvements & instructions for development by an experienced Toastmaster

2. Our club will host the Division D Table Topics Contest in English at 'Toa Hall' on 7th floor of Chuka-kaikan on Tor Road Street, Chuo-ku,
Kobe on Monday, October 13, 2008.
Members' Dues:
- Semiannual (6 months) fee: 7,200 Yen - dual, reinstated, or transferred members
- Initiation fee: 4,000 Yen (membership registration fee to the Toastmasters International)
Guests: Your participation in meetings as a guest is most welcome. No participation fee will be requested.
